TEN MUSEUM PARK

Ten Museum Park is located in Downtown Miami, and is part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of high-rise buildings along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard visible from Biscayne Bay. It was designed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design. Finished in early 2007, it opened for residential occupancy in mid-2007. The building has 50 floors with only 200 units. It contains 20,000 square feet of office and retail space on the lower floors, and residential condominium units on the upper floors. The lobby contains a Clinique La Prairie spa, the first in the United States, as well as several high-end boutiques.

Renters of Ten Museum Park can enjoy the clean, minimalist design, ideal for those who enjoy open, loft-like spaces. While appearing to be a typical skyscraper with identical floorplates, the residential levels vary. The units that face east are interlocking lofts, providing each unit with an eastern view and either a north or south views. Lower level units face west and are shallow flats with large expanses of glass. Upper levels comprise of either three-floor loft arrangements or double-height spaces. Some units feature independent soaking pools. Ten Museum Park’s amenities include a full-service spa with snow room, steam room, and treatment rooms; state-of-the-art fitness center; spin studio/yoga room; 24-hour concierge; pool deck with resistance and plunge pools and hot tub, and 24-hour valet parking.

Directly across the street from the Ivy is the newly opened 30-acre Museum Park which includes the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science and the Perez Art Museum Miami. Ten Museum Park is a very popular building for renters looking to enjoy amazing views of Miami and Biscayne Bay and to be in close proximity of the Brickell and Edgewater areas – Wynwood and Midtown are just a 5 minute Uber ride away. The building allows rental periods of up to one year and they can be renewed on an annual basis.
