THE GRAND

Located within the Omni district of Downtown Miami, The Grand was built in 1986 and is one of Miami’s iconic landmarks. It was designed by Toombs, Amisano and Wells, an Atlanta architectural firm, and the building functions as both a condominium and a hotel. The hotel section was renovated in 2004. Units at The Grand include open floor plans, marble bathrooms, stainless steel appliances in kitchens with terrazzo countertops and since The Grand sits directly on the Bay the expansive views from the balconies are among the best in the area.
